Learning Needs Analysis
Learning needs analysis, consultancy for enhancing your existing offering or for turning face to face learning into virtual approaches. One-off sessions or programmes.
Learning Design
Design for a variety of blended learning approaches. Available for virtual classroom, classroom or distance learning.
Face to face classroom and virtual classroom. Small groups to delivery from the stage. I have experience of all groups sizes and consult on which approaches are best.

Background and Qualifications
I am a CIPD qualified learning and development professional and coach. I began my career in financial services supervising regulated sellers, before working as a learning programme manager on a series of major transformation programmes and later, the manager of a learning design team. During my subsequent appointment as a Management Development Consultant, I was the lead designer for a leadership development programme for the Retail Division of a major bank.
Outside of permanent roles, I have worked in the private and public sectors in a variety of industries. Most of my work has been in finance, engineering, IT, energy or academia. In addition to my CIPD qualification, I am also a Strengthscope Master (Individual, Leader and Team strengths profiling tools), Robins Madanes trained Coach and Master Practitioner of NLP and Hypnotherapy. I am also a Board Certified Coach. I keep up to speed with the latest developments in the L&D industry through my membership of the CIPD and the Trainer Talk network.
